Founded in Japan in 2000, Marugame Udon stays true to the centuries-old Sanuki udon tradition from Kagawa Prefecture. Our lively open kitchen is at the heart of every location—where guests can watch as fresh udon is kneaded, cut, and cooked by hand, and tempura is fried to golden perfection.
